קָדֹשׁ qâdôsh, kaw-doshe´; from 6942; sacred (ceremonially or morally); (as noun) God (by eminence), an angel, a saint, a sanctuary:—holy (One), saint.[1]

NOTE how the Hebrew word “qados” H6918 is used in several other OT scriptures:
2 Kings 19:22 – Here people mock the “holy one of Israel” – thus the mock “God”, whose name is “Holy”.
“Whom have you mocked and reviled?
Against whom have you raised your voice
and lifted your eyes to the heights?
Against the Holy One of Israel!
2King19v22
Isaiah 17:7 – In that day man will look to his Maker, and his eyes will look on the Holy One of Israel. Isa17v7
Man to look to his Maker – that being “the Holy One” or God whose name is “Holy” among other names.
Psalm 71:22 – Sing praises to God, Holy One of Israel – or Name of God, Holy. Note the same Hebrew word of “qados” H6918…
I will also praise you with the harp
for your faithfulness, O my God;
I will sing praises to you with the lyre,
O Holy One of Israel. [2]
Ps71v22
In Revelation 4:8 – The Angels cry out God’s name of “Holy” three time in a row. Greek word: “Hagios G40– LN88.24.
8 And the four living creatures, each of them with six wings, are full of eyes all around and within, and day and night they never cease to say,
“Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty,
who was and is and is to come!”
Rev4v8
Mark 1:24 – 24 “What have you to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are—the Holy One of God.”
Mark1v24
The Greek Word “hagios” G40-LN88.24 as used in Rev. 4:8.
Luke 1:35 – in reference to the birth of the Child Jesus being called “holy” – hagios
35 And the angel answered her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born will be called holy—the Son of God.
Luke1v35
Note the Name: Holy
or hagios… to be given to God’s son. (He would be part of the trinity and thus
God.)
